Start; one good deed each day.
But as we begin to encourage people, the
Practice becomes a life style, and we
No longer bother to keep count.
Dare I say that it becomes addictive, that
Engaging in acts of kindness produces an
Emotional high?
Studies show that giving to others actually
Improves are physical health as well.
As a believer, I'm constantly looking for
Divine opportunities to share the
Good news, but
I've learned to also search for ways just to
"Make" someone's day.
The habit is good for both the body and
Soul.

inspired me to pursue a giving lifestyle.)
