How I share Jesus, so we met for
Dinner at a restaurant.
We were deep in conversation when the
Manager stopped by our table to
Greet us.
I asked him about his Hispanic name and
Discovered he was from Mexico.
"Perfect!" I said, "Would you read my
Spanish tract and critique it for me?"
The man carefully read every word including
John 3:16, and corrected the grammar in
Several spots.
"Thanks!" I exclaimed, "You're my divine
Appointment for today."
I continued, "And I have something else for
You too."
I gave him a gospel bracelet along with a
Pamphlet in Spanish that explained the
Colors.
"I've never heard this before," the man said.
Janet and I beamed, trying not to
Over react.
Later at the cash register we noticed the
Bracelet on the manager's wrist.
"You're wearing it," I said.
"Yes," he answered, "Thanks so much."
As we walked to the car Janet asked,
"Are your 'appointments' always so
Exciting?"
"No, this opportunity was really
Special," I said, and I could see the
Anticipation in my friend's eyes.
I could sense she was catching the
"Sharing bug."
It was obvious to me that our
Encounter wasn't just intended for
The Hispanic man.
Janet had gotten a taste of the joy.
